Meet Wolfie Leclaire!

Kristin and I are amazingly excited to welcome our new baby boy to the world! Samuel Jerry "Wolfie" Leclaire was born at 8:52 p.m. on March 16, 2011. He weighs 7 lbs. 4 oz, but due to other prioritized procedures, we do not have a length measurement yet. Regardless, this may be the first time I've said "Happy Birthday" to someone and actually meant it. Happy Birthday, Wolfie!

More details and pictures to follow...

  15. I'm so happy for you both. You're going to be wonderful parents - Sam the Wolf is one lucky boy. You have so many people supporting you as you take on the next set of challenges - please lean on us and allow us to take on some of the day to day burdens. If you ask, you know it will be done, so don't try to do it all yourselves.

  22. So I first must say A Very Happy Birthday Wolfie! Secondly I feel inclined to inform you that you are in all of our minds and prayers recently. Third of all I must (selfishly) admit that I want you back in AP Lit with us. And finally I must remind you to frequently update the blog considering all of us have started reading it semi-religiously.

Once More, Happy Birthday Wolfie( I don't think that whole Samuel thing will work out...)

  27. Sam, you are even more handsome than you were in August--and turning into such a "big guy"! Stick with the bananas--my own son loved them at your age and still puts one in his protein shake every morning. Great to see all the positive comments in your doctors' reports; you continue to be an overachiever, beating the odds consistently--does that come from your mom's side or your dad's side? Both? Keep the smiles coming--Pam
