You see that smile? That's the smile of my wife, a woman whose water broke, whose contractions started in earnest, and who just said goodbye to the anesthesiologist who delivered the sweet joy of an epidural!
We're not in the home-stretch yet, but one hurdle is down anyway. While we're hoping that means that baby will come soon, we will remain patient, happily pain-free, and anxious to meet the little wolfman.
ahhhh!!! can't wait-- keep posting!
ReplyDeleteHooray epidurals! You guys look great.
ReplyDeleteI've been asking for updates every hour, but secretly hoping you'll hold out until the 19th so I can win the dinner (that's too cruel for even me to ask that, though). Know that the AHS English Dept. is holding its collective breath and looking forward to the good news. Anne and I can't wait to meet Wolfgang and welcome him to the "family"
ReplyDeleteKristin - good call on using the anesthesiologist, natural childbirth has to be overrated.
ReplyDeleteA baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.
Wolfman is lucky to have the two of you as parents.
Yea for progress!! But SUPER YEA for Epidurals!!! I'm so glad you are making progress...we are all anxiously awaiting the good news!
ReplyDeleteHello Mrs. Leclaire. We all miss you and we are crossing our fingers. Can't wait for more good news!
ReplyDeleteWe're stoked about the blog. Karianne and I look forward to future updates. How exciting!
ReplyDeleteAll three of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Kristin and Jason, you will be such loving parents, and all of your friends and family are ready to welcome this precious boy into our lives.
